Helen brings over 22 years of face-to-face customer service experience across a variety of industries and has become a valuable part of our administration team. Her role includes preparing appointment packs, managing income processes for pension clients, handling post-appointment communications, and supporting wider administrative tasks.

Helen is known for her organised, client-focused approach and plays an important role in helping to ensure each client interaction is handled with care and attention.
